JORDAHL® profiled metal sheet channels are the optimum solution for fast and cost-effective fastening of trapezoidal sheet metal to reinforced concrete components without damaging the load-bearing components. Thanks to the slimline shape of their anchors, the profiled metal sheet channels JTB-AR and JTB-uni are easy to fit into the reinforcement. They are concreted directly and flush with the surface into the load-bearing component.

Material
JORDAHL® profiled metal sheet channels are made of steel in accordance with DIN EN 025 (hot-dip galvanised with a zinc coating of at least 50 μm) or stainless steel (1.4571 or 1.4401/144.04 (A4) ).

- Approved for a permitted load of 5.0 kN per anchor (7.0 kN design resistance)

Type JTB-UNI
- Approved for a permitted load of 5.0 kN per anchor (7.0 kN design resistance)
With externally positioned, slimline anchors with a roof-shaped anchor tip
- For particularly quick and easy assembly; fits effortlessly into almost any type of reinforcement; also suitable for heavily reinforced components
