Toothed Channel JXA
JXA

The anchor channels JXA are capable of absorbing loads in all directions. Together with the matching serrated bolts JXD, JXH and JXB, they produce a secure, positive-fit connection which will not slip. For non-static loads, the JORDAHL® anchor channels JXA offer the highest dynamic load-bearing capacity in their load group.

Advantages

    • Planning freedom thanks to universal load-bearing capacity in all directions
    • Static load-bearing capacities of up to 22 kN service load (30.8 kN design resistance)
    • Lower weight than comparable conventional profiles in the same load category
    • Range of bolts offering high load-bearing capacity with a low bolt diameter
    • Approved fatigue endurance limit up to 2x106 load changes
    • Anchoring does not damage the concrete or reinforcement
    • Excellent fit in heavily reinforced concrete or filigree components  ≥ 10 cm
    • Suitable for pre-stressed components
    • Suitable without reservations for cracked and uncracked concrete
    • Fatigue resistant up to the service load limit
    • Solid channel lip for greater preload through high tightening torques
    • For installation in components (ceilings/floors) with fire protection requirements
    • Fast and efficient fastening on-site
    • Assembly with simple tools (hammer and wrench)
    • Easy to adapt
    • Three load classes
    • Increased load-bearing capacity close to reinforcement

JORDAHL® anchor channels JXA W have been granted general building approval (approval number: Z-21.4-1690).

Cross-section types

The JORDAHL® anchor channels JXA are available in three different cross-section types. They are supplied in any required length. The standard stock lengths measure 6 m. Special profiles can be manufactured on request.

Material

JORDAHL® anchor channels JXA W are made of steel or non-rusting steel. They are hot-rolled from the full steel block (W-profiles) and are available in the versions ‘hot-dip galvanised' and ‘stainless steel A4'. The corresponding JORDAHL® bolts are made of steel (strength class 8.8) or stainless steel (strength class -70).
